How can I view the files on a mobile (tablet, phone) device ?
There is a known issue when trying to download and view files available on our platform on a mobile device (phone and tablet). This applies to both Apple and Android devices.
Opening the file may bring a page with random characters or present a "corrupted file" error.
We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
In the meantime, after downloading a file, locate it in your "downloads" folder on your device. You will find it with an .html extension (for example: R1337-22-15852-15852.pdf.html). Please rename it and delete the .html to remain with a file with a .pdf extension.
This workaround should enable viewing the file in your pdf reader.
